LandEarly is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the experience for job seekers using our auto-apply platform. This role will work across the product lifecycle - from identifying user needs to shipping features that help candidates find, tailor, and submit applications faster and more effectively.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy and roadmap priorities in partnership with engineering, design, and leadership
- Translate user research and product data into clear requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Write detailed specs and user stories, and manage features from concept through launch
- Partner with engineering and design daily to ship high-quality product increments
- Analyze usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders across the company
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally at a consumer or SaaS software company
- Strong track record of shipping features end-to-end, from discovery to launch
- Comfort working with data to inform prioritization and measure success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer-facing products used by hundreds of thousands of users
- Familiarity with AI-powered or automation-driven products
- Background in career, recruiting, or HR tech products
