Frontend Engineer

Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that keeps the sales record current automatically — reading a team's email, calendar and calls to file conversations, update deals, and surface follow-ups for review, replacing the patchwork of separate CRM, outreach, wiki, and data tools most sales teams juggle today. We're looking for a Frontend Engineer to help build the product experience that makes this possible: a fast, trustworthy interface where reps review AI-drafted changes, explore their pipeline, and get answers about their business.

What you'll do

• Build and ship user-facing features across the product, from the pipeline and deal views to the review queue where users approve AI-suggested changes
• Translate product and design specs into polished, responsive, accessible UI
• Work closely with backend engineers to design clean APIs and data flows that keep the interface fast and the record feeling live
• Improve performance, reliability, and code quality across the frontend codebase
• Contribute to the design system and help establish patterns that scale as the product grows
• Collaborate with product and design to prototype and refine new workflows, including ones involving conversational and agent-driven interactions

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience building production web applications with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (e.g. React)
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and browser performance
• Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs and handling real-time or frequently-updating data
• A track record of shipping polished, detail-oriented UI in a fast-moving product environment
• Comfort working closely with design and product to turn ambiguous requirements into clear interfaces
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a small team

Nice to have

• Experience building dashboard, CRM, or data-dense productivity tools
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product features and how to design around their uncertainty
