Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that keeps itself current by reading a sales team's email, calendar and calls, automatically filing conversations against accounts, contacts and deals, drafting follow-ups and sequence steps, and surfacing forecasts and answers drawn directly from the customer record. We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the product across the stack, from the data pipelines that keep records current to the interfaces reps use every day.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship features spanning front-end UI and back-end services for the Migaru platform
- Work with integrations such as email, calendar, and call data sources to keep customer records accurate and current
- Build and maintain APIs and data models that power the CRM, sequencing, dashboards, and the review-queue workflows
- Collaborate with product and design to turn requirements into shipped, reliable features
- Write tests, monitor production systems, and troubleshoot issues across the stack
- Participate in code review and help improve engineering practices and system architecture as the product grows
What we're looking for
- Professional experience building full stack web applications in production
- Strong skills in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end framework (e.g., React) and backend experience in a language such as Node.js, Python, or similar
- Experience designing and consuming APIs, and working with relational or document databases
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: testing, debugging, version control, and system design
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially when collaborating remotely or asynchronously
Nice to have
- Experience working with AI/LLM-powered features or integrating with large language model APIs
- Experience building integrations with email, calendar, or communication platforms (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Slack)
- Background working at an early-stage startup wearing multiple engineering hats
