Integrations Engineer

Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that reads a sales team's email, calendar, and call transcripts and keeps accounts, contacts, and deals current automatically. We're looking for an Integrations Engineer to own and expand the connections that make this possible — starting with email and calendar providers, and extending to the broader ecosystem of tools our product reads from and writes to.

In this role, you'll build and maintain the pipelines that let Migaru reliably ingest and act on data from Gmail, Outlook, and major calendar platforms, and help the product stay accurate as those provider APIs change.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and related messaging APIs
• Implement and troubleshoot OAuth flows, webhooks, and sync mechanisms to keep records current in near real time
• Handle edge cases in email threading, calendar event changes, recurring meetings, and timezone handling
• Monitor integration health, build alerting for sync failures, and resolve data discrepancies quickly
• Work with product and engineering to extend support to new providers and third-party tools as the platform grows
• Write clear documentation for internal teams and for troubleshooting customer-reported sync issues

What we're looking for

• Professional experience building production integrations with email and/or calendar APIs (Gmail API, Microsoft Graph, CalDAV, or similar)
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and API rate limiting/backoff strategies
• Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, and handling high-volume, high-reliability data pipelines
• Comfortable debugging third-party API quirks and inconsistent or poorly documented behavior
• Solid backend engineering skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar)
• Clear written communication for documenting integration behavior and edge cases

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with CRM platforms or sales tech
• Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations for handling customer email and calendar content
• Experience building notetaker or meeting-transcript ingestion pipelines (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
