Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that reads a sales team's email, calendar and calls, automatically files conversations against the right accounts and deals, and keeps the pipeline record current without manual data entry. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale the systems that make this possible.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain backend and/or full-stack services that power core product features
- Work closely with product and design to scope and ship features from idea to production
- Own the reliability, performance, and scalability of the systems you build
- Review code and provide thoughtful feedback to raise the quality bar across the team
- Participate in architecture decisions and help evolve technical direction as the product grows
- Debug and resolve production issues, including those involving data pipelines and integrations with third-party tools
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong command of at least one modern backend language (e.g. Python, Go, TypeScript/Node, Java)
- Experience designing and operating production systems at scale, including data models and APIs
- Comfort working across the stack, from infrastructure to application logic
- Track record of shipping features independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, design, and other engineers
Nice to have
- Experience working with LLMs, agents, or applied AI features in production
- Experience with CRM, sales, or productivity software
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs such as email providers, calendars, or calling/transcription tools
