Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that keeps itself current by reading a sales team's email, calendar, and calls, filing conversations against the right accounts and deals automatically. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with our sales team, acting as the technical expert in the sales cycle, running demos and proof-of-concepts tailored to a prospect's stack, and making sure new customers get live and successful quickly.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery calls to understand a prospect's current CRM, outreach, wiki, and reporting tools, and how Migaru would replace them
- Design and deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-concepts that map Migaru's capabilities to a prospect's workflow
- Own the technical parts of the sales cycle, including answering security, data, and integration questions and coordinating security reviews
- Help prospects connect Gmail or Outlook, calendar, Slack, and call recording tools during evaluation, and troubleshoot issues that come up
- Build and maintain reusable demo environments, scripts, and technical collateral for the sales team
- Work with product and engineering to relay prospect and customer feedback on missing features or integration gaps
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role, ideally selling B2B SaaS
- Comfortable running live product demos and proof-of-concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of CRM, email, and calendar integrations (Gmail/Outlook APIs, OAuth, webhooks) and how sales data flows between systems
- Able to speak credibly to security and data handling questions (e.g., SOC 2, data retention) during an evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical detail into business value
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering
Nice to have
- Experience with API, CSV/Excel, or MCP-based data integrations
- Background selling into sales or revenue operations teams
- Familiarity with tools in the CRM, sales outreach, or sales intelligence space
