本岗位为 Ninja Van 中国区独立法务岗（Sole Counsel），全面统筹中国区及集团跨境业务的法律事务，直接向新加坡集团区域法务总监 / 集团 CFO 汇报，深度参与跨国团队协作。您将独立负责商业与采购合同、进出口海关合规咨询、公司证照与企业文件管理、合规风险管控等全模块法务工作，为中国区物流与跨境电商业务的快速发展提供全流程法律与合规保障，助力集团整体战略目标落地。
