Outlink AI is looking for a Data Analyst to help turn campaign, outreach, and placement data into clear insights that guide product and business decisions. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to track performance, surface trends, and build reporting that helps the company understand what's working across prospect discovery, outreach, and link placement outcomes.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key metrics such as outreach performance, reply rates, placement success, and account health
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improving product performance and customer outcomes
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define metrics, validate data accuracy, and improve data pipelines
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership, product, and customer success teams
- Monitor data quality and flag issues or inconsistencies in tracking and reporting systems
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytics role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, relational datasets
- Proficiency with a BI or visualization tool such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and at least one scripting/analysis language such as Python or R
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, or growth teams
Nice to have
- Experience analyzing marketing, sales, or outreach/campaign performance data
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B software metrics
- Experience working at an early-stage or fast-moving software company
