Outlink AI is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape the experience of our automated link-building platform. Our product lets SEO and growth teams set guardrails and let AI run outreach discovery, personalization, sending, and verification on their behalf — the challenge is making a complex, autonomous system feel simple, transparent, and trustworthy to use. You'll work closely with product and engineering to design the workflows, dashboards, and controls that let users stay confidently in the loop while the automation runs.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end user flows for core product surfaces such as the digest, prospect pipeline, guardrail settings, and reply-handling views
- Translate complex, multi-step automation logic into interfaces that feel clear and controllable for non-technical users
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and improvements to existing ones
- Partner with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to help resolve edge cases during development
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify friction points
- Maintain and evolve a design system to keep the product visually and functionally consistent as it grows
What we're looking for
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design for web applications, ideally SaaS or B2B products
- Experience designing for data-dense or workflow-heavy interfaces (dashboards, pipelines, settings-driven tools)
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, including prototyping and component/design-system work
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Comfort collaborating directly with engineers and product managers in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly, backed by research or usability findings
Nice to have
- Experience designing for AI-powered or automation-heavy products
- Familiarity with designing trust and control patterns for autonomous or semi-autonomous systems
- Experience working at an early-stage startup
