QA Engineer

Outlink AI is a software platform that automates outreach for link building — finding relevant, high-authority sites, personalizing pitches, sending from the customer's own inbox, and verifying live placements. We're looking for a QA Engineer to help us ship a reliable product for the SEO and growth teams and agencies who depend on it every day to run their outreach on autopilot.

As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for making sure every part of the automation loop — discovery, qualification, personalization, sending, follow-ups, reply handling, and verification — works correctly and holds up under real-world conditions.

What you'll do

• Design, write, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) for core product workflows
• Test integrations with third-party systems such as email providers (Gmail/Outlook OAuth), payment processing, and search/indexing tools
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, working closely with engineering
• Build and maintain regression test coverage to catch issues before they reach production
• Validate data accuracy and reliability across automated pipelines, including scoring, filtering, and verification logic
• Participate in release testing and help define quality gates before deployments

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering
• Experience writing automated tests using common frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or similar)
• Solid understanding of API testing and tools such as Postman or equivalent
• Comfortable reading logs, debugging failures, and working directly with engineers to resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to breaking down complex workflows into testable cases
• Clear written communication for bug reports and test documentation

Nice to have

• Experience testing SaaS products involving email deliverability or third-party OAuth integrations
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows
• Background testing data pipelines or AI/automation-driven features
