The process may include multiple stages such as a recruiter phone screen, one or more technical or role-specific assessments, and interviews with hiring managers or team members, potentially followed by a final round involving several interviewers. Greenhouse-based processes typically allow candidates to track application status through an online portal and may include take-home exercises or live problem-solving depending on the role.
