We're looking for a Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist to help keep our document workflows accurate, compliant, and moving quickly for customers who often face hard deadlines.
What you'll do
- Review certified translation packages for completeness and compliance with formatting and certification requirements (e.g., 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)) before delivery

- Support intake and quality checks for immigration-related filings such as I-130, I-485, N-400, and asylum-related documents
- Maintain accurate records of certification statements, reviewer credentials, and document version history
- Assist with drafting, updating, and organizing internal templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures for the translation and certification process
- Respond to customer questions about certification requirements, notarization, and document formatting, escalating legal questions as appropriate
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal operations specialist, or similar role, ideally touching immigration or certified-document workflows
- Strong attention to detail, especially with names, dates, and formatting on official documents
- Comfortable working with deadline-sensitive files and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with USCIS filing types and certification/notarization requirements, or strong ability to learn them quickly
- Solid written communication skills for both internal documentation and customer-facing responses
- Proficiency with standard office and document-management tools
Nice to have
- Experience working with certified translations or multilingual document sets
- Familiarity with immigration law firm operations or paralegal certification
- Exposure to encrypted or confidential document handling practices
