Graphic Designer

ABA Rank operates an independent, ranking-based directory for Applied Behavior Analysis providers, vendors, and professionals, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our brand and product to life across the site, marketing materials, and our quarterly print index edition. You'll work closely with the team to create visuals that support a fast-growing, data-driven directory used by clinics, BCBAs, and operators across the country.

What you'll do

• Design digital assets for the website, including badges, index/ranking visuals, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Create layouts and visual assets for the quarterly print edition of the Index
• Develop and maintain visual brand standards across web, print, and social channels
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ranking and directory data into clear, compelling visuals
• Produce social media graphics, ad creative, and promotional materials for provider and buyer-facing campaigns
• Design UI elements and icons in partnership with product/engineering as needed

What we're looking for

• A portfolio demonstrating strong digital and print design work
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Experience designing for both web and print production
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback well

Nice to have

• Experience designing data visualizations or ranking/scoring displays
• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing
• Prior experience in a marketing, media, or directory/marketplace business
