Product Manager

ABA Rank operates an independent, ranked online directory for Applied Behavior Analysis clinics, service vendors, software providers, and individual practitioners, matching buyers with providers based on a transparent, disclosed scoring methodology. We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape and grow the tools that power our directory, ranking index, matching desk, and provider-facing dashboards.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for one or more core product areas (directory search and filtering, ranking/index experience, provider dashboards, or the buyer matching flow)
• Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, specs, and prioritized backlogs for engineering and design
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features from concept through launch
• Define and track success metrics for shipped features, and use data to inform iteration
• Gather and synthesize feedback from buyers (clinic owners, BCBAs, operators) and providers (vendors, clinics, individual practitioners) to guide priorities
• Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and launch plans clearly to stakeholders across the company

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally on a marketplace, directory, or two-sided platform product
• Track record of shipping and iterating on web-based products end to end
• Comfort working with data to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and make prioritization calls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear specs and aligning cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance competing stakeholder needs (buyers vs. providers) with a clear, principled prioritization framework
• Familiarity with search, ranking, or recommendation-style products is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with review/reputation systems, trust and safety, or verification workflows
• Background in healthcare, B2B services marketplaces, or vertical SaaS directories
• Familiarity with structured data, APIs, or how products are optimized for discovery by both search engines and AI assistants
