Product Manager

Elite Hockey HQ is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the training platform used by hockey players to plan and execute their season — combining periodized programs, skill video, readiness tracking, and coaching tools in one app. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and coaching content teams to prioritize the roadmap and ship features that help athletes and teams train smarter.

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on athlete and team needs, data, and business goals
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design
• Partner with design and engineering to scope, build, and ship new features and improvements
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities and measure the impact of shipped work
• Coordinate launches across web, app, and any integrated hardware or wearable partners
• Act as the voice of the athlete and coach internally, balancing their needs against technical constraints and timelines

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, owning a product area from discovery through launch
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate user needs into clear specs
• Comfort working with data to inform prioritization and measure outcomes
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams in an agile environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-moving product environment
• Genuine interest in sports performance, training technology, or hockey specifically

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer subscription products or fitness/health tracking apps
• Familiarity with wearable device integrations (e.g., HRV, sleep, or readiness data)
• Background in or deep familiarity with hockey or another competitive sport
