Job description

Mayflower is an international technology company behind products used by millions of people worldwide. For more than 10 years, we've been growing profitable global businesses, bringing together talented professionals across technology, product, marketing, and operations.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our passionate team.

The main purpose is to drive the end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for the Technology & Product Stream.
You will act as the Lead for your domain, balancing team leadership (6-7 recruiters), high-level stakeholder management, and personal delivery of critical roles.
Your goal is to transform recruitment into a predictable, data-driven partner function.

Job Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Insight Management

  • Establish a regular rhythm for sharing hiring insights, trends, and market observations with key stakeholders.

  • Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and bring concrete ideas for improving hiring effectiveness.

  • Maintain close alignment with stakeholders on critical and high-priority roles, proactively flagging risks, changes, and decisions needed.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Set and maintain high standards for recruitment quality, speed, and ownership across the team.

  • Build clear and scalable team processes that support consistent delivery and effective collaboration.

  • Develop recruiters through regular feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.

  • Facilitate team meetings and discussions that help the team align, solve problems, share knowledge, and continuously improve.

Operational Excellence & Analytics

  • Build recruitment analytics that provides clear visibility into funnel performance, capacity, and bottlenecks.

  • Manage hiring effectively across streams, balancing priorities, recruiter capacity, and business needs.

  • Establish strong team ownership of high-quality, consistent recruitment data to support reliable decisions and forecasting.

Personal Contribution

  • Lead roles that require Executive Search, niche expertise, or a non-standard hiring approach.

  • Support recruiters in complex candidate negotiations and closing.

  • Lead projects aimed at improving the effectiveness and maturity of the recruitment function.

You’ll thrive here if you have

  • 6+ years of experience in Recruitment in Technical/Product companies, including at least 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisor role.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to build trusted relationships, create effective collaboration, stay closely aligned, and proactively bring solutions and hiring insights.

  • Experience building and improving recruitment functions through analytics, funnel management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience developing recruiters, setting clear standards, and raising the overall quality and effectiveness of the team.

  • Strong ownership mindset: you treat your hiring stream as your own business and take responsibility for results end-to-end.

  • High standards of quality and execution, with a continuous improvement mindset and focus on scalable recruitment practices.

  • Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus and accountability.

  • English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher) and Russian (Full proficiency).

  • Being in Cyprus or willingness to relocate to Cyprus.

Conditions

We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:

  • U-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.

  • EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence

  • Full relocation package: flights to Limassol for you and your family, a company-covered apartment for the first month, and full relocation support to make your move smooth and hassle-free.

  • Transparent performance reviews twice a year, with bonus opportunities and salary adjustments.

  • Corporate mobile plan (unlimited in Cyprus with roaming included)

  • Mindfulness & well-being support, including psychological assistance with 50% coverage.

  • 50% coverage of school and kindergarten fees for your children.

  • Fully covered sports benefits, and also access to in-house electric scooters and bike rentals

What applying to Mayflower usually looks like

Based on publicly available information, candidates applying through recruitee can generally expect a streamlined online application process, typically starting with submitting a resume and cover letter through a structured form. Recruitee-based systems commonly allow candidates to track their application status via an online portal or email updates. The process may include multiple stages, such as an initial screening, one or more interviews, and potentially a skills assessment or task relevant to the role. Communication style and pace can vary depending on the employer's internal practices, so response times vary and should not be assumed to follow a fixed schedule. Candidates are encouraged to ensure their application materials are tailored to the specific role, as listings across different departments—such as engineering, marketing, or operations—may have distinct evaluation criteria within the same overall platform.
