About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead two equally important charters: HR Business Partnering for the 3P/contract workforce and Employee Relations.
The role will manage a team of 6 direct reports supporting office, work-from-home, and field-based employees across multiple businesses and locations. The incumbent will partner closely with Business Leaders, HR Leadership, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Ethics and Investigations, and staffing partners.
The role requires strong business understanding, people leadership, ER expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with fairness, maturity, and speed.
