Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that reads a sales team's email, calendar and calls to keep accounts, contacts and deals current automatically, cutting down on manual data entry and giving teams one shared record of what's happening with customers. We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape how people interact with an interface that blends live, AI-generated records with the judgment calls only a human should make.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end user flows for core product surfaces, from the account and deal record views to review queues where users approve AI-suggested changes
- Translate complex, data-dense workflows (pipeline views, dashboards, sequence builders) into clear, usable interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs, and iterate based on user feedback and usage data
- Partner closely with engineering and product to scope what's feasible and ship designs that hold up in production
- Establish and maintain design patterns and a component system that keep the product consistent as it grows
- Design for moments where the product asks the user for a judgment call (e.g. accepting or dismissing a suggested change), balancing trust, clarity and speed
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience as a product designer working on B2B or SaaS software, with a portfolio showing shipped work
- Strong command of interaction design and visual design fundamentals, with fluency in tools like Figma
- Experience designing for data-heavy or workflow-heavy products (CRM, analytics, dashboards, or similar)
- Comfort working closely with engineers and iterating quickly in a small, fast-moving team
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and back them with user needs or evidence, not just aesthetics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience designing for AI-assisted or agent-driven products, especially interfaces involving human review of automated suggestions
- Experience designing for sales, CRM or go-to-market tools specifically
- Familiarity with building and maintaining a design system from scratch
