Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that automatically files emails, calls, and meetings against the right accounts, contacts, and deals, keeping the sales record current without manual data entry. We're looking for a QA / Test Automation Engineer to help us ship a product that teams rely on to track real revenue and real customer conversations, which means quality and reliability are not optional.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end) covering core CRM workflows and AI-driven data pipelines
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines to catch regressions before release
- Write and execute test plans for new features, including the agent-driven record-keeping and review-queue workflows
- Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs, working closely with engineers to verify fixes
- Test integrations with third-party services such as email providers, calendars, and calling/notetaker tools
- Monitor production quality signals and help define metrics for release readiness
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in QA or test automation for web applications or SaaS products
- Strong hands-on experience writing automated tests with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar
- Comfortable reading and writing code (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar) to build test tooling
- Experience testing API integrations and asynchronous or event-driven systems
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits into them
- Clear written communication for bug reports, test plans, and release notes
Nice to have
- Experience testing products with AI/LLM-driven features or data pipelines
- Experience testing CRM, sales, or email/calendar integration products
- Familiarity with performance or load testing tools
