About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, curious people who enjoy helping others and are excited to grow a career in HR. You don’t need deep HR experience — what matters most is your motivation to learn, your interest in technology, and your desire to grow within a company that offers many opportunities. Some experience in customer-facing roles is helpful, as this role involves daily interaction with employees.

As part of our global P&C HRdirect team, you’ll be the first point of contact for SAP employees who need help with HR questions. You’ll research answers, update HR knowledge content, and gain experience with modern digital HR tools.

 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

 

What You’ll Do

  • Answer HR questions via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone
  • Research information and help keep our Knowledge Database up to date by collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Resolve low-to-medium complexity issues with growing independence
  • Learn and use HR systems, content management, automation tools, AI features, and more
  • Suggest improvements that help simplify and enhance the employee experience

 

What You Should Bring

  • Strong Spanish and/or Portuguese and English communication skills.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role
  • Interest in HR, technology, and digital tools
