Job description
OUR STORY:

🇪🇺 Join Scaleway and shape the sovereign cloud of tomorrow !
Since 1999, we have been designing secure, sustainable infrastructures aimed at supporting the most ambitious companies.

Historically known for our dedicated servers (Dedibox), we made a strategic shift to cloud computing in 2015. Staying true to our principles of simplicity, flexibility, and technical excellence, we have become one of the leading players in Europe in the sector.

With the rise of artificial intelligence, we have strengthened our commitment, supported by the Iliad Group, which is investing €3 billion to develop a serious, sovereign AI alternative to American and Asian giants.

Every day, thanks to our fast-growing portfolio of cloud and AI products (bare metal, containerization, serverless, AI, etc.), Scaleway proudly serves thousands of customer across the private and public sector, from corporations like France Télévisions or Hachette Livre, to fast-growing startups like Photoroom and Biolevate, to institutions like the City of Copenhagen.

📍 Our offices are located in Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Rennes, Rouen, Bordeaux and Lyon.

  • Manage international mobility files, including secondments, expatriation, and cross-border recruitment.

  • Act as the lead internal expert for management on all employment law matters (contracts, working hours, disciplinary actions, and terminations).

  • Oversee pre-litigation and litigation cases in direct collaboration with specialized law firms.

  • Maintain legal watch to ensure the company remains compliant with evolving French and European legislation.

  • Prepare and co-animate meetings with Employee Representative Bodies (CSE) and various social committees.

  • Define strategy and lead negotiations for collective company agreements.

  • Advise leadership on the social climate to maintain constructive and secure dialogue with social partners.

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

  • Master 2 (Level 2) in Social Law or Human Resources.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally including experience in a law firm and/or an international environment.
  • Proven expertise in multi-site management within Europe.

  • Significant experience in social relations, including managing instances and collective bargaining.

  • Full English fluency for daily interaction with international employees and foreign legal cabinets.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Business Partner Mindset: Moving beyond "just the law" to propose actionable solutions that aid decision-making.

  • Rigor and Excellence: Delivering impeccable, high-quality work that requires no fundamental revision.

  • Strategic Autonomy: Capacity to lead complex subjects from A to Z while providing synthesized reporting.
