As a Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Partner at Super, you'll play a key role in shaping how the world sees us as an employer, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and People teams to develop and execute employer branding strategies that help us attract exceptional talent across multiple markets and functions. You'll combine creativity with data,  using storytelling, digital content and recruitment marketing campaigns, to showcase our culture, people and opportunities, whilst ensuring our employer brand remains authentic, consistent and aligned with Super's values and business strategy.

What the role involves

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies that strengthen Super's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create and manage engaging recruitment marketing campaigns and content, including employee stories, videos, blogs, photography and social media across careers pages, social channels and digital advertising.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Internal Communications to build attraction campaigns for priority hiring initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all employer brand touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimise Super's careers website, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant and reflective of the employee experience.
  • Monitor employer review platforms (e.g. Glassdoor) and measure and report on employer branding effectiveness using recruitment marketing analytics and talent attraction metrics.
  • Identify emerging trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing, recommending innovative approaches to improve talent attraction.
  • Run recruitment events, university partnerships and industry conferences to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the business to showcase teams, projects and employee success stories.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong content creation skills across written, visual and digital formats, with an eye for engaging storytelling.
  • Experience managing social media channels and developing content strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing tools, employer branding platforms and digital campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and continuously improving candidate attraction strategies.
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive employer branding campaigns.
