Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech or startup company.
- Experience creating and implementing sourcing strategies for technical roles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

- Manage the full hiring life cycle.
- Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies that align with Wiz’s best practices and the organization’s needs.
- Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
- Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
