Casework produces conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for AI hiring tools, helping deployers meet requirements under the EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, and NYC LL 144. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how this documentation, and the brand behind it, looks and reads across our website, deliverables, and marketing materials.
What you'll do
- Design visual assets for the Casework website, including layouts, diagrams, and illustrative graphics that make complex regulatory concepts easy to follow
- Create templates and visual systems for client-facing deliverables such as conformity files and case studies
- Produce marketing collateral, including one-pagers, social graphics, and presentation decks
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with founders and writers to translate dense regulatory content into clear, well-designed visuals
- Prepare production-ready files and assets for web and print use
What we're looking for
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across digital and print formats
- Proficiency with standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience designing for B2B, professional services, or technical/regulatory subject matter
- Strong typography, layout, and information-design skills, especially for data-dense or explanatory content
- Ability to work independently, take feedback well, and manage multiple design requests against deadlines
- Comfort translating written content into clear diagrams, charts, and visual explanations
Nice to have
- Experience designing for legal, compliance, HR tech, or governance-focused companies
- Familiarity with web design workflows (e.g., working within a CMS or with developers)
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
