Casework produces AI Act conformity files, Fundamental Rights Impact Assessments, and Article 9 risk documentation for AI hiring tools — aligned to the EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, NYC LL 144, and emerging California rules. Each engagement is a fixed-scope, fixed-price production cycle: intake, discovery, drafting, review, and handoff, typically completed in four weeks. We're hiring a Product Analyst to help shape and improve how these conformity packs are scoped, produced, and delivered.
What you'll do
- Analyze intake and discovery data across engagements to identify patterns in client needs, regulatory scope, and documentation gaps
- Work with the delivery team to refine the methodology and templates used to produce conformity files, FRIAs, and risk registers
- Track engagement metrics (cycle time, revision volume, scope changes) and surface insights that improve production consistency
- Translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, Illinois HB 3773, NYC LL 144) into structured product and process requirements
- Partner with drafting and review teams to prioritize methodology updates as regulations evolve
- Support intake-to-quote workflows by analyzing which tools and workflows fit the current scope versus require expansion
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in a product analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
- Strong skills in structured problem-solving and translating ambiguous requirements into clear documentation or specs
- Comfort working with process and workflow data, even without a dedicated BI stack
- Clear written communication — this role touches documentation that is ultimately read by regulators and counsel
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team producing fixed-scope deliverables on tight timelines
- Genuine interest in regulatory or compliance domains, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a specialized field
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI governance, HR tech, or regulatory compliance work
- Experience working in a productized services or consulting environment
- Exposure to the EU AI Act, US state AI hiring laws, or similar emerging regulatory frameworks
