Recruiter

Elite Hockey HQ is a training platform that combines periodized hockey programs, skill video coaching, and daily readiness tracking for athletes at levels ranging from youth AAA to NCAA and pro. We're looking for a Recruiter to help us find and hire the people who build and grow this platform.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, from intake meetings with hiring managers through offer and close
• Source active and passive candidates using job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit against role requirements
• Coordinate interview loops, gather structured feedback, and keep candidates informed throughout the process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Partner with hiring managers to write clear, accurate job postings and refine hiring criteria

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, in-house or agency
• Strong communication skills and comfort managing multiple requisitions at once
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
• Ability to assess candidates objectively against role requirements and give clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep a hiring process moving without dropping follow-up

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technical, product, or startup environments
• Familiarity with recruiting for consumer or fitness/sports-adjacent products
