Higglo Digital is an ABA and behavioral-health marketing agency that runs SEO, GEO, CRO, UX, web development, and digital PR as one integrated growth engine rather than six separate retainers. We're hiring a UX Researcher to bring rigorous, evidence-based research into how caregivers, referral partners, and care teams discover, evaluate, and convert on behavioral-health service pages and intake flows.
What you'll do
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, card sorts) with caregivers and other users navigating high-stakes, high-trust care decisions
- Partner with CRO, UX/design, and web development teams to identify friction points in service pages, intake forms, and decision moments
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for design and conversion experiments
- Synthesize behavioral and analytics data alongside qualitative findings to build a fuller picture of user journeys
- Present research findings to cross-functional stakeholders and help prioritize the roadmap based on evidence
- Maintain a repository of research insights, personas, and journey maps that can be reused across client engagements
What we're looking for
- Experience conducting end-to-end UX research, from study design through synthesis and reporting
- Strong facilitation skills for moderated interviews and usability sessions
- Comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data, including analytics tools
- Ability to communicate research insights clearly to non-researchers, including designers, strategists, and account teams
- Experience researching complex, multi-session, or high-trust decision journeys (healthcare, finance, or similar regulated or sensitive categories) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage research across multiple concurrent client engagements
Nice to have
- Familiarity with intake or conversion funnel research specific to healthcare or behavioral health
- Experience working within an agency or consultancy structure supporting multiple clients at once
