Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that automatically keeps a company's sales record current by reading email, calendar, and call data, filing conversations against the right accounts and deals, and drafting follow-ups, meeting prep, and pipeline suggestions for reps to approve. We're looking for a Product Analyst to help the product team understand how the platform is actually being used and where it should go next.
What you'll do
- Analyze product usage data to identify adoption trends, friction points, and opportunities across the CRM, outreach, docs, forecasting, and prospecting features
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define, track, and report on key product metrics and success criteria for new features
- Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting so product, engineering, and customer-facing teams can answer their own questions about usage and performance
- Investigate specific questions about customer behavior, such as which features drive retention or where users get stuck, and present findings with clear recommendations
- Work with design and engineering during feature development to define instrumentation and ensure the right data is captured from day one
- Synthesize qualitative signals (customer calls, support tickets, sales feedback) alongside quantitative data to build a fuller picture of user needs
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a product analytics, business analytics, or data analyst role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with product usage or event-level data
- Comfort with a BI or analytics tool (e.g. Looker, Mode, Amplitude, or similar) to build dashboards and ad hoc analyses
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers on metrics definitions and experiment design
- Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation methods (A/B testing, cohort analysis)
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM, sales, or go-to-market products specifically
- Familiarity with Python or another scripting language for data analysis
- Experience working at an early-stage startup where tooling and process are still being built out
