Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that reads a sales team's email, calendar and calls, files each conversation against the right account and deal, and keeps the record current automatically — replacing a patchwork of separate CRM, outreach, wiki, data and forecasting tools with one system. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to help shape how the product's AI agents capture, judge, and act on customer conversations, and to drive the roadmap for the features that let teams trust an AI-maintained record.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap for one or more AI-driven capabilities, such as record-keeping automation, meeting prep, follow-up drafting, or pipeline/account scoring
- Translate ambiguous, judgement-heavy problems (e.g. when an AI should act automatically vs. ask for approval) into clear product requirements
- Work closely with engineering and applied AI/ML teams to define model behavior, evaluation criteria, and guardrails for agentic features
- Define and track success metrics for AI features, including accuracy, trust, adoption, and time saved
- Partner with design to create review and approval workflows that keep users in control of AI-generated actions
- Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, customer success, and customers to prioritize what the AI should do next
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping AI- or ML-powered features in a production SaaS product
- Strong judgment on when and how AI should automate a task versus surface it for human review
- Experience writing clear specs and partnering closely with engineering and design through the full product lifecycle
- Comfort working with ambiguity and messy, real-world data such as emails, calls, and transcripts
- Excellent written communication skills, able to explain AI behavior and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A track record of using data and customer conversations to prioritize a roadmap
Nice to have
- Experience building products for sales, CRM, or revenue teams
- Familiarity with LLM-based agents, prompt design, or evaluation frameworks
- Background working with conversational data (calls, email, chat) as a product input
