Job descriptionFull Time
Migaru AI builds an AI-native CRM that automatically keeps customer records current by reading a sales team's email, calendar, and calls, filing conversations against the right account, contact, and deal. We're looking for a UX Researcher to help us understand how salespeople actually work so the product can earn their trust and fit naturally into their day.
What you'll do
- Plan and conduct qualitative research (interviews, contextual inquiry, diary studies) with sales reps, sales managers, and other customer-facing teams to understand how they sell and manage their pipeline
- Design and run usability studies on new and existing features, including the review queue, deal and account records, and AI-generated suggestions
- Partner with product and design to scope research questions, choose methods, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Synthesize research into personas, journey maps, and other artifacts the team can use when making product decisions
- Run quantitative research such as surveys and feedback analysis to validate and size findings from qualitative work
- Present research insights to product, design, and engineering stakeholders and help prioritize what gets built next
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar applied research role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong grounding in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and judgment about when to use each
- Experience designing and moderating usability tests and user interviews
- Comfort synthesizing ambiguous, sometimes conflicting signals into clear recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with product managers and designers in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience researching sales, CRM, or other revenue-facing tools
- Familiarity with how AI/agent-driven features change user trust and adoption patterns
- Experience setting up a research practice from scratch at an early-stage company
