Outlink AI is looking for a Recruiter to help us build our team as we grow our automated link-building platform. You'll own the hiring process end to end, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring in strong candidates across our organization.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, from intake with hiring managers through offer and close
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, outreach, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership
What we're looking for
- Prior experience as a recruiter, in-house or agency, with a track record of closing roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort managing multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities at once
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment on candidate fit
- A structured, organized approach to process and candidate follow-up
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for technical, product, or go-to-market roles at a startup
- Familiarity with recruiting for early-stage or fast-growing software companies
