Wanderlust is hiring a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring as we grow the team behind our AI-powered trip planning app. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job posts, and set hiring criteria
- Source and engage candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound applicant review
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview loops, gathering structured feedback from interviewers
- Track and report on pipeline metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) to improve the process
- Champion a candidate experience that reflects well on the company at every stage
What we're looking for
- Experience running full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech environment
- Strong sourcing skills across channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and niche job boards
- Comfort partnering directly with hiring managers and giving them clear, honest guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities at once
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for product, engineering, or design roles at a consumer tech company
- Experience building recruiting processes from scratch at an early-stage company
